Body Background Problems

I'm not sure what happened. I use wordpress, and I updated an SEO plugin and possibly a theme update. I can't figure out what happened to my background.

The body on all the pages appears to have been made transparent. I've checked the style sheet for transparent/opac tags, and none of the RGBA's are set to 255/255/255/0.
My expertise is NOT CSS, it took me 2 weeks to figure out how to disable comments on the home page.
Any help would be very much appreciated!!
