How to create a picture collection thingy on website?

Hello everyone!
Does anyone know how to make a picture collection like imgur? (I dont know what its called may be "picture collection?"). When you go to imgur.com you can see 4 columns of pictures. as you scrol down, the pictures load more and more, just like tumblr style. So when you press on the certain picture, you can "like or dislike" pictues or add to your favorite list. and also can share on social networks. plus you can comment.
and I also wanna add feature that people can sort…
