Need a banner designer for 2 banners

I need 3 banners :
1x 728×90
1x 620×120
1x 288×300
Same concept for all banners.
If you are good with flash, i also need a modification to a flash (swf) banner i currently have on a site. At one point it is showing a certain image, and I need to change that image.
