What motivates you? Only money!?

Hey guys!
I just wanted to hear from you what actually motivates you doing IM? Is really just money or is there any other motivation?
Speaking for myself, there is a lot of creativity envolved in my IM business, and this is what motivates me too – seeing how idea become reality and many people benefit from it.
