How start own PTC website ??

Hello Friends,
I am newbie to DP and I am very much intrested to know more about PTC.
I am from India and I have many good contacts to hire people for less than $1 hour.
So, I was planning to start my own ptc website, but I am not sure if that will work or where can I find good advertisers. I hope think all guru’s here on DP can really help me out.
