Looking for a VA from India / phil with basic Knowledge

Hey Guys,
I am looking for a VA with basic Knowledge of web and stuff. It will be a long term job from my side.
Stuff I will ask you to do –
1. Data Entry (Import CSV into Magento Store)
2. Rewrite Some lines (From product descriptions)
3. Write articles if you can
4. If you know anything about building videos/backlinks or any thing webmaster would be great too.

And anything else you can do or I can train you to do.
I am looking for a lower rate at this moment.
