Need help about indexing and ranking ..

So im running website almost 2 years .. i's about music, album releases mixes and etc ..
And my problem is im still pr.0 alexa rank 1.200.***
Im posting everyday almost 50 new posts and google will index 3-5 of them and somethimes none of them … somethime after 7 days will be indexed 5 maybe 10 depends ..
my site is alldjmix.com so please check and give me some advices .. im realy confused with this.
