Monetizing an adult blog with “risky” content

I am wondering how best to monetize a blog where the content is controversial (loli) yet legal.
I know no major ad network will touch it, and I’ve only ever dealt with the big ad networks, which have rigid TOS.
Are there any non-intrusive ad networks that will monetize anything?
