Is it true that Shaun Stenning is John Phanchalad?

I just stumbled upon a site johnphanchalad.net that claims that Shaun Stenning (of geekversity infamy) has assumed a new name and is continuing his work as an "internet marketer".
I have no problem with people getting a fresh start but the claims made on that site are that he is continuing to scam people.
Has anyone got any info about this?
