How to promote “free betting tips” blog

Hi,
in November, I started my sports betting blog Betfather.net and now I think about getting more traffic (30-40/day without propagation now). I've got a problem with links exchange, because no one want to change links with new website, altough I have raising organic traffic without propagation which shows some potential. My target is about 500 visits/day and 1000 visits/day at the weekend.
Is there anyone experienced in promoting betting blogs? Can you give my some advice or suggestion?…
