Content for your Web Business

I'm sure i can't be alone on this point.
I no my strengths are not creating "quality" content, however by my own judgement its not bad but its not amazing by any means i doubt it will leave the reader wanting to come back for more
Doubled edged sword question which probably has been asked many times already, I want to delegate the content without a hefty fee.
Does anybody Hybrid there content creation? by so i mean purchase say half yourself and outsource the other half?
