Paypal age limit

Hi, I have limit on my PP acc, because I created it when I was minor.
Now PP asked me to create new acc.
So I wanted to ask, do I dont get a limit on new acc, because its created on the same IP?
I dont want to close my previous acc, because after 180days I want to transef money into my new PP acc.
So what I should to do?
