How to create a GA profile pulling in (i) subdirectory AND (ii) 3rd party subdomain traffic

Hello, I have a problem that I have been trying to fix for what seems like many hours without success… I am hoping one of you knowledgeable people will be able to help!!
The website I am talking about has three distinct sections, which are as follows:
egsite.com – non-specific pages
egsite.com/location1 – relevant to one location
egsite.com/location2 – relevant to a different location
The sections for each location link to two separate subdomains of a 3rd party transactional website….
