I cannot create a thread

I bought a site from a user here on dp and the site was successfully transferred after the payment.
Now later i want tried to create thread for link sales for that site so i get the message saying : the site is already listed , edit or relist the previous thread.
but that thread is from the previous user : https://forums.digitalpoint.com/thr…he-food-recipe-site-only-10-per-year.2696680/
so i cannot relist or edit that thread.
now tell me how to create a…
