7-15 million hits/month..ppc cant pay for the server

hey all, i have a site that is getting avg of 7-15mill hits/month and the server is 550/ month (video streaming site). PPC isnt paying for it.. Is there any good CPM that doesnt require a federal tax ID #? b.c im too young to have one yet.
