Is www.bulknetellerbtc.com the best Site to Buy Btc?

Hello Everyone,
just 3hrs ago i bought 1 btc at 950 from this site bulknetellerbtc.com and after paying Western union 45mins I got order completed notice. i checked btc was there.
they claim their service is cheap hence its for only bulk buyers and exchangers.
has anyone done business with them yet let me know if i will go big or still stay buying 1 and 1 and 1 from them. they only accept 2 orders daily but i need almost 8 btc at low rates possible now.
pls advice.
