WTH: WordPress header PHP format tweaks needed today

I am using a theme from themeforrest, I have the child theme setup already. There is an area in the header where I need to place some PHP code from a translation plugin names Transposh. I try to do it myself and it doesn't come out right, not being an expert in code this is to be expected.
