Ad network for Poker/Gambling web site

Hi everyone.
For the past month, I has been trying to find a good ad network that pay relatively ok. We were kick out of Adsense because out site talk about Gambling (2 years after they approved our site which didn't change vocation since…)
Anyway, I have tried a few, but so far nothing is worth it. Sometime they pay way too low, sometime they are too annoying.
I tried:
– Infolink (good CPM, but got a lot of complain from people about popups)
– Fedelity Media (horrible ads, popups,…
