Need a VPS or Dedicated hosting

I am in need of a VPS or dedicated hosting.
I currently have hostgator, but they keep limiting my processes (shared), and killing my website. So its time to open my options and see whats out there.
What I have is a popular website that exceeds 200GB a month in bandwidth. Several thousand hits a day, and millions monthly. So the hosting needs to be reliable and handle alot.
Please post any hosting, that can accommodate this and their prices monthly and yearly.
