Any PHP script for photo sharing (like Picasa,Flickr) with an Android APP

Is there any PHP free or paid script which can host a photo sharing site for personal use and an Android app readily available to upload photos from my android phone.
Problem is Google drive is giving only 15GB and which is almost full on my account, and cost of drive is too high. I have a private hosting where I have unlimited space and bandwidth.
