is it easier to make money from adult sites?

i'm in the warrior forum a lot (i know) and none of them seem to talk about adult-related MMO stuff..
has anyone here had any real success with adult sites? i made a few bucks here and there, but when i decided to scale up there's almost no material available. i noticed there's an adult section here but most of them are selling picture sites and whatnot.
makes me wonder.. why doesn't anyone really get into it? just curious. any help is much appreciated
