wish to know about TAX and E-CHECK

i have paypal a/c and 2013-14 gonna earn around 300,000rs through advertising-space on my website. i clearly come under TAX. so how many of users here have activated their taxable income.
2nd which PURPOSE-CODE is beneficial for all of us ?
3rd and way to reduce tax? deductions/relief
4th: paypal charging around 50$/ 1000$ . through e-check i can save some amount or e-check facility gonna cost more?
