Using interactive cartoons for promo and sales

I'm hoping I don't break any rules here and this is an okay forum to post this approach I'm using for promotion.
I'm a professional cartoonist and I did some comic book pages with links in them leading to offers, websites, blogs etc. Some of the links are hidden in the images sort of like a treasure hunt for surfers to play around with. So far the response from the big marketers has been overwhelmingly positive and I'm hoping to get some feedback from DP members too….
