Looking for someone to setup a girly arcade on my domain

I don't have time to mess with it so I am looking for someone that can setup a girly arcade for me. You can choose the script or w.e I just need it to be games catering to a young girl so her and he friends can play on their own page. Please send me the price and turnaround time for this.
