Site Loading Problem!

Alright this is the situation that I am having. I transfered my site to another server and gave it a dedicated ip. The ip was a nameserver before. It seems the site is sharing the ip with the nameserver. Now when I got to my site I get the default cpanel page (mysite.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi) but if i go to mysite.com/index.htm the page loads fine. Any help or information regarding this would be much appreciated. Thank you Digital Point.
