Large CSV Import, OpenCart or ???

I have used opencart for years and like it but now I need to upload like 5k products with product feeds from different suppliers who all have there feeds in different formats. When I get a csv or xls file I use a csv import tool with Opencart and as long as all my options are in one field I can easily upload the products including options such as small|med|large
