What will Paypal do if I don’t pay back a negative balance?

Hi guys
I recently sold a phone on eBay for £110. I sent it standard first class so I didn't get any tracking information. A week later, the buyer opens a case on eBay saying that I didn't send the goods and since I have no way to prove it, the buyer won the case and now my account is in negative balance of £110.
I don't have any cards or banks linked to the account but it does have my full name and address, my family also use Paypal under the same address if that matters.
