Simple PHP Script For Video Fetching

i am in need of simple php script which fetch videos from popular video hosting sites i.e. youtube dailymotion etc.
below link is an example for this script, hope this help you to understand my need.

on example page you just need to enter Unique Video ID and this will fetch video from that site. i.e. : –
