Homepage Links (or Posts) on Credit/Debit & Insurance Sites ONLY!

Like the title says, I need links on Credit, Credit Card, Debt, Mortgage, Auto Loan related sites AS WELL AS car insurance, health insurance, life insurance related sites.
Requirements

Must be PR3 or greater
Must have content related to one of the topics I listed above.
Must not have general content for all sorts of niches
Should have a good DA if possible.
You must own the site. No link brokers please!
