homepage ONLY, not doing well in serps for a year

My site, isuckatgolf(dot)net used to enjoy great search engine position in Google for our key term "golf tips". About a year ago it dropped from page 1 to gone. It's still indexed, but won't show up for any search terms I can find other than variations of the URL. I've gone to Google forums, reconsideration requests etc. Made changes suggested in the forums. (nofollow tags, removing ads etc.) The page loads fast, has a PR4, Alexa rank of about 200K. I can't figure out why it dropped from page…
