301 redirection for sub directory in windows server

Hello Guys,
I am doing the url canonicalization in our website. to avoid the duplicate content the problem is this:
The url needs to be fixed is below:
http://www.mydomain.com/product/category/default.aspx should be redirected to
http://www.mydomain.com/product/category/
Anybody know how to do this?
By the way we're using Windows server specifically IIS7
