I am in India, and my clients can’t send me money on my PayPal recently.
They get an error message that says:
"Were sorry. Were not able to complete personal payments to account holders in India at this time."
Anyone else seen it? As far as I know, its not a problem with my account, but some systematic problem. I sent them an email, but will get a reply in 24 hours.
