Make my logo better – $35

I made a quick logo, but want someone to re-design it and make it
better.

The concept has to stay the similar (two people shaking hands).
You can use a few different colors.
Don't want the people too realistic-looking.
Font has to be modern-looking. Actually, don't dislike the existing one. But, open to new ideas.
I need to be able to open it in Illustrator 9.01 and Photoshop 7
Need it quickly, let's say 24 to 48…
