Adsense alternatives for 30k usa traffic per day

Hey everyone.
I have very big facebook page.In past days, i banned from adsense for no reason.So i will look alternative for adsense.My traffic comes from 30k usa, 20k uk, 10k australia and 10 k canada.I tried to chitika but i found these cpc that too low.I looked my competitors and i found their advertising company but i dont know which they use.I am sending these websites and could you please tell me is there which advertising companies ??And which will be good?And advices?Thanks you…
