Can’t Access My Static HTML Page Tab on Mobile Device

Hey guys,
I'm using Thunderpenny static html page tab app and I made my page tab and it works well for a desktop but doesn't work when trying to view from a mobile device.
Thunderpenny says to use this link and it will work on a desktop, and mobile device:
on.fb.me/19R8FJw
but on a mobile device that link just forwards to the fan page timeline.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
