Follow these guidelines:
I need directories or established websites.
Pagerank isn't necessary but I'd like some.
Basically any and all professional services with aged domains (1yr +) –
Must be indexed!
Again, no price = ignored!
Keep in mind the content must be unique (if it's a site) and I'm not stupid so don't try to sell lie your way into my wallet =D
