Anyone tried Adwords for selling website? Will it be effective?

I am having few websites and planning to sell them quickly as I am planning to get some money for my current project initiative.
I had listed few sites in DigitalPoint forum. But I didn't get any reasonable bids.
I don't want to use Flippa, because their Fees is high comparing to the price of these sites.
Shall I try using Google Adwords for selling websites?
In this case how to choose keywords?
Anyone tried this? Did you find any success?
