What do you charge for PPC Mangement?

I’ve been thinking of outsourcing some of the PPC stuff I’ve been doing (so much to do!) and I want to see pricing structures that everyone offers to see if it would be worth my money to do it.
So what would you charge for ppc management? Be sure to note whether your charging by % or fee and if it is on a scale of how much I would spend.
