Anyones uses GimmeLink.com?

Hello, does anyone uses the cpm/cpc network gimmelink??
They pay 0,02$/click and 0,2$/1000 raw impressions (non-unique, bad traffic, etc…).
Does anyone have any experience with them?
And do they pay?
