Arcade website low pay-per-click.

Im getting around 30 clicks but only earning just over a dollar. I’m using the horizontal image ads (728×90). I think its quite low for the amount of clicks.
Could you please name some programs that would be worthwhile to try out for an arcade website to earn more money.
