How can I monetize my blog?

Hello everyone!
I have a blog, Poze Vedete and I need to know how can I monetise it.
I currently have google ads but i’m earning a couple of cents everyday( usually when I reach $0.10 it’s a GREAT day for me) so I want to quit using google adsense and choose another means of monetising.
Could you please suggest me some solution suitable for my site? I think eCPM would be a solution(currently having around 3-5.000 impressions daily).
