dclickads is a better one for less traffic and new websites

my website has very less traffic and so i cant rely on cpc and cpm ads , and the n i searched for flat rate ads , i got textlinkads.com and dclickads.com textlinkads did not accept me for having less traffic , but dclickads.com accepted my website and in 5 days i got an offer for 5$ for keeping an text link ad , according to me dclickads.com is a better option for flat rated text link ads
