PTC site | 19 cents per click | Ad duration is 20 secs | PayPal

Alright,
I have registered up on a site that promises to pay 19 cents per ad clicked and the duration is 20 secs.

Why under me?
As it is a new site there is no conformation about it being a scam or not. So the sooner anyone reaches the payout of 34.5$ the sooner we would come to know about it.
I have already made 1.5$ by clicking on those ads and have taken 15 referrals and would be posting here when i reach payout.
This is just an exercise to determine the legality of this site and you don’t lose anything in case it turns out to be a sham.
