PPC that goes to paypal, and good for under 18

I am under 18, and want to have a good paying pay per click advertising thing on my site. Does anyone have a suggestion on a site that does not need creditcard or bank account info, and pays directly to paypal, and pay good? Thank you in advance!
PS: It needs to be able to be put on a subdomain also, thats what I ahve right now..
