Cheap CPM and Valuable Traffic

Hi,
I want to give some ads of my websites, I need a cheap solution with Valuable traffic, I looked at Adbrite, their price for FullPageAds is about $0.1 to $1 per 1K traffic.
Do you know any cheap solution? and I need something like FullPageAds or iframe banner…
