Best Keyword Suggestion Tool

I’m interested in hearing what you guys think is the best keyword suggestion tool currently?
The Overture keyword tool was/is great, but its fairly unreliable of late and is soon to be replaced. What else is everyone using?
Google keyword tool? Any of the new offerings from Keyword Discovery or Wordtracker? Or a combination for the best results?
