Need low raw CPM for autosurf

Hello everyone!
I run a Autosurf website. I need a low raw CPM for the Autosurf bar only.
I make around 6 000 000 bar views per month!
Anyone have a good idea for me. Anyting else then paid-ads and thing thing that slow the autosurf!
