Recommend among: Bidvertiser, Chitika, Bidclix, Clicksor

I’ve been rejected from Adsense from the silly reason: there was a forum on my site and some fool spammed the forum with the porno ads, I haven’t moderate it often enough so they banned me to run AS there, although I removed the forum completely. The good thing is I am not banned from AS, it’s just that site is banned. So I want to run alternative PPC on that site.
I’ve been registered before at those PPC sites:
– Bidvertiser.com
– Chitika.com
– Bidclix.com
– Clicksor.com
Which one do you recommend (highest revenue)?
I must say that I don’t know if they all exist anymore, it’s been a while since I registered
