How to correctly market a gaming forum

Hello guys, i haven’t been around for a while!
Lately i’ve invested in a gaming forum, i got a nice, attractive skin for my IP.Board based gaming forum. The forum is a few days old and it already has 21 members
I am not really sure how to expand and market it at this place right now, any help provided would be appreciated!
