PPC Campaign Management Companies?

Hi all,
Just wondering if you know of any marketing company who will setup campaigns for me on their Adwords/YSM/Adcenter accounts and do all of the management? I’m specifically interested in getting setup on Google Adwords.
I know very little about PPC and therefore would like a company to help get me started.
I’m not interested in setting up my own accounts and letting someone login to them and do all of the management.
